What we collect
Only what you choose to give us in the quote request and contact forms:
- your name and mobile number
- your village or town, district and state
- whether you are a farmer, dealer, distributor or company
- if you add them: your email address, shop or firm name, and your message
- the products, pack sizes and quantities in your quote list
We do not ask for payment details, Aadhaar or any government ID on this website.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry: to prepare your quote, to call you or message you on WhatsApp about it, and to put you in touch with a dealer or distributor near you. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
How it reaches us
When you send a form, your details are delivered to our sales team by email through a form delivery service, or you send them yourself by email or WhatsApp from the summary the website prepares. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. These services handle your details only to deliver them to us. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
What stays on your device
The website remembers your language choice and your quote list in your browser's own storage, so they are still there next time. They are not sent to us until you send a form, and you can clear them at any time from your browser settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
The home page shows our latest YouTube videos and Instagram posts. Their pictures load from YouTube and Instagram, and opening one takes you to that service, whose own privacy policy then applies.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve your enquiry and any order that follows, and to keep the business records the law requires. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, or to erase it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to us at [email protected] or at the address above, and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is meant for farmers and businesses. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update it on this page with a new date.
